Amended return will not process

Turbo tax says that I am ready to e-file an amended return, but it will not go to Step 3 on the filing page where it can be filed.

Amended return will not process

You may want to try a different browser or try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.
