2023 Tax Refund

I used TT last year for my taxes and my refund went to Credit Karma.  No one at TT would help me to get my refund back from CK.  I called multiple times and for help and just continue to get the run around. I did reach out to the IRS and was told that I needed to speak with TT.  The IRS did verify that the refund was sent to Credit Karma.  The customer service at Credit Karma won't help because I do not have an account with Credit Karma.  Somehow, my banking information was changed to route my refund to Credit Karma.  I will never use TT every again.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
