On our tax return on line 34, it shows that we overpaid $892. But we also got four 2024 Form 1040ES Payment Vouchers. These are only for people who underpaid their taxes. This is not correct. How can we remove them from our tax returns?

You can ignore them. Using them is optional. Some people use those 1040ES vouchers to make estimated quarterly payments to avoid a big tax bill at tax time next year. Just shred them if you do not want to use them.
The Form 1040-ES vouchers are not part of your tax return, so there is no need to remove them. They do not get sent to the IRS when you file your tax return. They're for you to use if you want to make estimated tax payments. So as xmasbaby0 said, you can just ignore them.
