I am filing a complaint with BBB and Kansas attorney general. I believe intuit is taking tax information and not e filing. I filed and have a customer confirma tion number as of 01 _30_2020 my forms have not been e filed as requested.They also have my bank  information for direct deposit. I will do this on 02-06-2020 may be a scam...

Honestly, I did the refund advance and I wish that I hadn't.  They boast a bill pay feature, however they do not let you really enter in all of the necessary details and you have little to no assurance that the funds will go as scheduled.  You cannot simply use the bill pay website of your primary bill pay accounts to handle your bills as your card's routing instructions/account will be rejected.

They make it extremely difficult to access your own money unless you just want to use it at retailers.  It was great to get 750 out of my total refund within approximately a day, but the funds are basically hostage unless I want to go to a bank teller, withdraw it and pray that I do not get robbed going to my primary bank.

Further to bill pay, I have been on hold for over 20 minutes because I put through a 250 bill pay transaction that was cancelled without a reason ( I received an email telling me to log into my account for an explanation, and none was forthcoming).  I can still see the amount outstanding and the amount was debited from my account.  I have already sent several emails to turbocard/green dot bank without reply.  Seriously, go elsewhere and do not do refund advance unless/until turbo uses a different end custodian.

I need to cancel my Tax Refund due to needing to file as married. 

SAME ISSUE here!!! funny!! I’ve talked to people at TurboTax, Greendot and First Century Bank and conveniently morning one knows the answer and everyone points fingers at each other. What’s the point of a refund advance if I don’t get it In the hour after my taxes were accepted like I was promised??? I think it’s a BIG scam. I received an email yesterday saying my card was on the way to me and an email today saying my card was being printed. Like really... which one is it??? I’m sure no one knows the answer to that either. I won’t use Turbo Tax again!!!

I could be wrong but I think the IRS accepted your RETURN. I've never heard of the IRS accepting a REFUND. Once the IRS determines you are due, said funds should hit your account post haste. Side note. Most advances come with a fee. Kick back and relax. If you're due monies, they will get it to you. 

Anyone else crying about their turbo card? Maybe you should read what it really says. And why on earth would you even think you would get money in 1hr? LMAO

Although you were not approved for a Refund Advance, your refund amount, less any applicable fees and the cost of any products or services agreed to, will be loaded onto your card when the IRS or state tax authorities distributes your refund.

Does this mean i dont get a advance i have to wait for the full refund?

I also e-filed they accepted it the 28 and was approved .my card is activated and I'm told u were pre approved the answer is no I was approved and I have yet to c any money period I'm a tad irate this is BS not to have the first penny out of 6000 give or take .That's why they call it an advancement.  I mean really wth.
