Question about refund advance

So I have searched high and low for an answer and this is my last resort.

I WAS offered the refund advance when I filed, and have set up the turbo card account per the e-mail instructions. Today I was emailed saying the IRS HAS ACCEPTED my refund. Now I've read 2 different things

1. The funds are available within an hour of acceptance (which it has been)

2. It can take up to 48 hours to receive the advance funds.

So the questions are., Which is it one hour or 48? and if it's one hour who can I speak with about the finds not being available?

I used the free edition but I don't feel the extra money is worth the support for one question.

Here's the thing, "DON'T DO IT!!" Last yr I thought, "Hey, why wouldn't I get my money faster? That's a no-brainer." #impatientidiot🙄

..... Except it was a decision I absolutely regretted and will never do again. I had so much trouble getting the money on the card/issues with fees, etc. It's a moneymaker playing off greed. In the end I lost some money, screwed with hidden bs fees, an barely got before direct deposit. NEVER AGAIN!

I paid for the instant refund and it was accepted. However, they didn't ask for my bank info. How do I get what I paid for

Normal e-file with direct deposit is the easiest but takes a little longer. It avoids delays and diagnostics.

I applied for it but haven’t heard anything about it I got my card and everything already

One hour after the return is accepted, you should get the temporary card information via email (please check your Inbox/Junk/Spam folder) which then has to be set up with an online account. Forty-eight hours after acceptance, your advance money will be available on the virtual card. For more information, please click here. Normal e-filing requires validity checks before a refund can be issued. The only way I know of to get an immediate refund is through a RAL. Is H&R Block creating a RAL to expedite the refund?

My state was issied on Thursday and I didnt gwt it in my account.why?? Are you homding it till my federal is issued because I paid thru my return??

As long as you haven't paid your TurboTax Online fee (or registered a cost-free version), you can clear any data you've entered using the Clear & Start Over feature. Once you've paid or registered, we're required to store copies of your return.

Well, highly irritating I wasn’t even offered a choice for a refund advance, although I met all the requirements. Also especially considering I could’ve just filed with tax slayer and received one like I did last year...

@denitar TurboTax is offering the Refund Advance option to some people this tax season. The program will determine your eligibility and if you are eligible, it will give you an option for the loan when you are in the Filing section. If you did not see the option for the Refund Advance you were not eligible.
