When filing amended return, should TT Desktop tell user that, while they can efile the state amendment, they must print/mail the federal one, then later say Fed efile OK?

I can not find my old tax returns

I can't access. my prior year tax returns

Whenever I try to open the PDF for either 2021 or 2020 and it just takes me to the home page

Tax amend refund thru TurboTax desktop is less than the difference of what I overpaid and the corrected amount. I overpaid by $1000 but only getting $900 back.

The 1040 V payment voucher shows the true amount I owe, but the refund amount I'm getting does not make up for the difference that I overpaid.

I received a deposit form TPG PRODUCTS for what I assume was my tax return but it was a couple hundred short of what was expected. Can anyone help me figure this out?
