I need form 8962 a complete for form for the irs so i can down load if so ican send to the irs

For tax year 2017 -

Sign in to TurboTax with the same login you used when you filed your 2017 return - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down and Click on Amend (change) return

Click on the button Amend using TurboTax online

On the We'll help you change (amend) your return screen, select the Federal Taxes tab on the left side of the screen. (Don’t select Continue. You don’t want to start the amend process.)

Select the Health Insurance tab.

Answer the questions about your health insurance which includes entering your 1095-A.

On the Do you need to change anything else screen select Done.

Select Tax Tools on the left side of the screen and choose Print Center.

Choose Print, save, or preview this year’s return.

Select View or print.

Select Form 8962 and either Form 1040 or 1040A and print them.

Send the following to the IRS address or FAX number given in your IRS letter:

Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit

Copy of your Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement

A copy of the IRS letter that you received.

I need my 2017 and 2018 

This no longer works with the updated version of TurboTax. Once I click amend it jumps right to lets get started. 

I submitted form 8962 (amending  the amount per 1095A) and I mailed that form to the IRS and they received my document on 03/18 my next question is I haven't received my tax refund.  Am I supposed to obtain my re-fund from the IRS or did I had to update my information per form 1095A in Turbo Tax and re-submit to obtain my tax re-fund from Turbo Tax?
