Where do i enter medical expenses

It says "However, don't let that stop you from entering all your medical-, dental-, and vision-related expenses anyway. Some states will still let you deduct these expenses even if you weren't able to deduct them on your federal return." If they are less than the 10% thresh-hold, it won't allow it in the screens there-after (i'll ask you if your medical expenses are > than that amount on a screen, then quit that section if you say no). I had $1500k (its less than 10% of my AGI) in expenses so hoping to get a little bit of that back but guess not?
