Why do I need form 4506

You don't; unless you are requesting a copy of a tax return from the IRS. That is the form that you use when you request a copy of a previously filed tax return from them. It can be found here as well Form 4506, Request for Copy of Tax Return

If you clicked that by mistake and do not need it, you can remove from your return with steps below. 

• Log into your return by clicking Take me to my return
• Go to Tax Tools to the left and choose Tools
• Select Delete a form and scroll down and find that form and choose Delete next to it
