Can I use 4506-T Request for transcript of tax return for form 3520 after I send 3520 to the IRS? (2023 tax)

I have to file 3520 due to receiving more than 100k from a NRA in 2023. Knowing that 3520 can only be filed through mailing. I want to get proof or receipt that IRS has received the form so they have no reason to say my form is filed late. So right after I send in 3520 to IRS, can I file 4506-T to request the transcript for 3520?

No, Form 3520 doesn't appear on your tax transcript. If you want proof of receipt by the IRS, mail it using certified mail, with return receipt requested.
