Yes, but you need to have Windows 11, and you can download the Desktop version. Turbox has discontinued sending CDs and Windows 10.

I believe you will need TurboTax CD for each year to open that particular year Tax files. You cannot use 2022 TurboTax CD to open 2021 TurboTax files.
