I graduated from my university in Texas in may 2017, and just sort of stayed, and decided to make it official this January. Both my living address and my work are in Texas, but my drivers license was Louisiana this whole year, so I don't know what this counts towards. My parents handled my taxes last tax season.

You would file a TX return, if TX had an income tax (but they don't).
If you did any work in LA and LA taxes were withheld, you should file a nonresident-LA return to get back the taxes withheld. Otherwise, you don't need to file a LA return.
