How do I enter 2016 estimated tax payments for Minnesota income tax?

You'll enter those by clicking on the Federal Taxes tab, then Deductions & Credits, then scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid and click on Estimates.  This will take you to the Estimated Taxes page where you'll see categories for federal, state, and local estimated taxes paid.  You'll enter those MN payments in the "state" section.
