My daughter received a 1099-DIV and a W-2 and a 1099-MISC. If she needs to file a return can I still report her income from the 1099-DIV on my return?

No. She reports her income on her own return if she has a filing requirement or files to get back tax withheld from her W-2.
You haven't provided enough information to determine whether your daughter is required to file a tax return. She (or you) can use the calculator at the following link on the IRS web site to see if she has to file.

You cannot report her 1099-DIV income on your tax return. She has to report it on her own return if she files one.
