I would like so start a new return, for a new person...what should I do?

Using the online editions you have to start a new account with a new unique user ID for another tax return.  The online editions are only for completing one tax return per account and user ID - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

Using the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your personal computer, just save the return that you are working on and then start a new return by clicking on File at the top left of the program screen and then click on New Tax Return.

On the Download Deluxe version for Mac's, I don't see the "New Tax Return" option on "File".   It seems to only permit me to work on the one existing return that I already filed.  It won't let me start a second return.

You have to pay any fees for each Online return.  If you buy the Desktop CD/Download program it can do multiple returns with the same program.
