There is no check mark for government-sponsored insurance?

You don't enter your 1095-B into TurboTax; it is an informational form and should be kept with your tax records.  If you had Obamacare or a policy through the Marketplace at anytime during 2016, you would have received a 1095-A.   The details of form 1095-A are entered into TurboTax, but not 1095-B or 1095-C.
