I have form 1095-C and I already file my tax return,what must I do?

You do not need to do anything. This form is for informational purposes and shows that you had insurance. It does not need to be entered on your return. File this form away with all your other tax documents. As long as you answered your health question correctly and weren't penalized for not having insurance then you are good to go.
