I do not want to upgrade I want to file for free so how do I continue for free

Refuse all upgrade prompts. Could cost you thousand$, return may be incorrect, but to stay free when program says you shouldn't bears risk of willful neglect.

You can start your tax return using TurboTax Free, but if you do not qualify for TurboTax Free, you will be prompted to upgrade.
