I need to file an 14039 form. Does Turbotax electronically transmit my 14039 form with my tax return to IRS?

You can prepare Form 14039 form in TurboTax, but it has to mailed in to the IRS. The form is prepared in the Other Tax Situations section. After you prepare your return, print the filing instructions on how to submit the form.

Enter identity theft affidavit in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen.  Click on Jump to identity theft affidavit
