can you send my code to my phone. the e-mail does not seem to be working. you have my number
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
You can ask that your code be sent via text by:
1. Sign into your Account.
2. Select My Account.
3. Select Account Settings.
4. Select Security Tab (blue on the left).
5. Select Two Step Verification.
6. Select Turn On.
7. Enter your Phone Number and Password.
You will need to sign out of your Turbo Tax and close your browser and then sign back in. You should now receive a verification code after signing back into your account. If this doesn't work, you can do an account recovery and choose I don't know my email and/or User ID.
