IT SAYS ERROR MAKING REQUEST TO SERVICE

Try this:

1. Sign in to TurboTax.
2. Select 'Show' next to 'Your tax returns & documents.'
3. Select the year of the return you want to download.
4. Now select 'Download/print return (PDF)'.
