I filed my 2017 return on paper, requesting a refund. I claimed my mom as my dependent and included her interest income $1350 to my return.
Should my mom need to file her owe return and I should amend my income after i have received my original refund? Or, my mom doesn’t need to file her owe return and I don’t need to amend my return even I can get additional refund?

You are correct in realizing that you should not include your dependent's income on your tax return.
For your mother, since she is being claimed as a dependent on your return, she will need to file her own tax return since her interest income exceeds the minimum required for filing of $1,050. See more information below:

For yourself, you can file an amended return by following the steps listed in the link below. (Yes, you may wait to file until you receive your refund.) Please note that amended returns cannot be e-filed as they must be printed and mailed in.
