How do I get my AGI if I filed jointly for 2017 but I'm now divorced?

Are you saying the Ex has physical access to the return, and that you don't?  So you don't know what the joint 2017 AGI was?

If prepared in Online TurboTax, are you not able to log into it?
Have you asked the Ex for a copy of it?   Or asked your lawyer to get it from him/her?

He changed the login and we don't speak. Even if I asked he wouldn't give it to me. Could I call the IRS?

A lawyer could possibly get a return copy from him with a letter, but that's up to you, and could take a while..

You can try to get a 2017 tax return transcript at the IRS website linked below.  To download the transcript immediately, you have to qualify to open an IRS account, which has some questions you have to answer re: Identity,  etc.   If you can open the account, you can download a 2017 tax transcript.  If you can't open the account, you can order one to come by mail, which takes 5-10 calendar days.

Also, if it ultimately turns out that you can't get it, and thus cannot efile,  you can print, sign, date, and mail the return.
