How can I enter an insurance form from my employer?

A Form 1095-C is not entered on your tax return.  If you had Medicaid and employer health care insurance for the whole year, then when in the Health Insurance section of the program just indicate that you had coverage for the year.  On the following screen where asked if you had any of the plan types listed select NO and Continue.  This will complete the Health Insurance section of the program.

A 1095-A form. I just saw that I received it. I haven't signed or filed my taxes yet. I had Medicaid and this insurance from my employer all year.
