If I didn’t earn enough through Uber and Lyft to get a 1099 (I just have a summary), do I still have to add their information when I file my taxes? I do have a main job

Yes, you will need to file as self-employed on a Schedule C.

You can upgrade to the TurboTax Self-Employed Online so that you can take your business expense deductions.

The summary provided will have all the information needed to complete the Schedule C.  Even if you didn't earn enough to get a 1099, if your net income is $400 or more you are required to file and pay Self-Employment tax.

You can enter your Uber information by:

  • Sign into TurboTax - go to Take me to my return
  • Click on Federal from left sidebar
  • The first screen will be Income & Expense - Scroll down to Self-Employment and click Start
  • Follow TurboTax instructions

I can’t seem to find the exact answer anywhere and I want to be completely sure. So if I made under $400 (I made about $70) I do not have to file this on my taxes? I can’t imagine that I would have to pay $90 to uprgrade my turbo tax on an income of $70. That would mean I net $-20 to drive people around for uber in 2018?
