Yes, the program is currently updated to include the 2018 changes in the estimated taxes section (i.e. decreased rates, increased standard deductions, limits on state and local taxes).  But, if you are using the desktop software, please make sure you run an update on the software to ensure you have the latest updates.  If you are using the online program, then you don't have to worry about that - it gets updated automatically.
