Does Max Benefits cover both spouses if filing jointly?

Yes, if you are married filing jointly (MFJ) you are BOTH covered by MAX.

Please read this TurboTax FAQ for information on “What is MAX?”: What is MAX?

I called IDNotify, and they disagree on this. They stated that my spouse's MAX benefits are not cover even though I filed jointly. As of matter of fact, she needs a premier account to receive the same benefits, which is a $15 monthly subscription.
As for my IDNotify portal, I can't add her or her personal information as part of the MAX benefit.
