If you filed a 2020 and/or 2022 federal tax return it will be available as a transcript on this IRS website - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

IF you prepared returns for 2020 and/or 2022 and prepared Ohio state returns, and IF you went through the state return and then also prepared RITA returns they will be found in the pdf of those returns that you saved.  Your only proof that you paid RITA tax will be your own bank or credit card records.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

You can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $30, an actual copy of your tax return.

IF you prepared RITA returns, they would have been prepared as an extra step when you prepared your Ohio returns.  And you could not e-file a RITA return--it had to be mailed.
