My daughter is a full time student she made $8210.00. Can I claim her as my dependent?

Yes, as long as she is under age 24 and did not provide more than half of her support.  She should file her own return taking care to click the box that someone else can claim her.

See below for requirements to claim your daughter as a dependent. If she meets the requirements for Qualifying Child, then it doesn't matter how much she makes.
