Getting ready to purchase for four individuals. Three of us can use the Deluxe but one has to use Home and Bus. Can I just buy the Home and Bus and all of us use that?

Yes.  All the desktop versions support all the same Forms, Schedules and Worksheets and you can prepare multiple income tax returns.  The 3 that have no self employment income will simply skip over the "Business" section.
