If you are unable to change the page you are working on, try clicking on one of the other tabs at the top of your screen (Personal Info, Federal Taxes, State Taxes, or Review) to see if you are able to navigate away from that page while in your TurboTax account.
If so, try clicking on the File tab again, and restarting Step 3. You may need to re-agree to terms and conditions as you go through this, but this should allow you to update you license.
If not, you may need to exit TurboTax and close your web browser. Relaunch your web browser and log back in to your TurboTax account. Restart Step 3 under the File tab.
