Can I still e-file our joint Tax return if my wife's Drivers License has expired (12/31/24) and she doesn't have a state issued non-drivers ID?

The IRS does not require you to enter a drivers license or state ID in order to e-file a federal return, so you can skip that screen if you want to.   Some states are really picky about entering a driver license or state ID so if your state will not let you e-file, you will need to mail the state return---or go and renew the ID before you try to e-file.
