Won't let me downgrade. Says "we hit a slight snag". Been trying for hours and I'm losing my mind over this.

I've attempted everything at this point, loggin in and out, refreshing page, waiting an hour to retry, clearing browser cookies and cache. Please just gimme some code or something TurboTax that magically fixes this so I can finally get my returns done.

You can downgrade from TurboTax Deluxe to our free version with our clear and start over feature but you won't be able to use this if you've already registered, submitted payment or deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund.
