will turbotax have the 1099-r ready soon? my desktop version says it will be ready January 11. today is January 26

The software was updated a couple of weeks ago for the 1099-R section. You have to update your software to the latest release.

Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.

Click on Check for Updates

It works perfectly now. I failed to realize there is an update button to click on.
