Will I be able to e-file on Turbo Tax if I am allocating 0% to myself on Form 8962?

This appears to be an unsupported calculation according to: https://digitalasset.intuit.com/render/content/dam/intuit/cgcs/en_us/turbotax/pdfs/270325-2024-unsup.... However, I have filed out everything so far on Turbo Tax and have made it to the Review / Payment stage and no errors have been flagged. If I made it to that point, can I assume I am good to file? I want to avoid paying and then Turbo Tax telling me there is an issue with my forms.

There are a few scenarios that involve the Premium Tax Credit and the Shared Allocation that may or may not prevent you from getting the correct calculations and/or will prevent you from e-filing.  You didn't provide enough information to identify which of the Unsupported Calculations and Scenarios you are referring to.  If you have made it to the review, you should be able to file, but I recommend you print and review your return to make sure the calculations you are referring to are correct before actually filing.

To provide additional context, I’m a non-dependent but included on my parents 1095-A. I didn’t get a 1095-A (they did) and there are amount in column C . I inputted the amounts and allocated my percentage as 0%, my parents will claim 100%.

How am I able to print my return?

You can allocate the plan in any way you choose, 0% is allowed and TurboTax supports allocating to another person. Here is an article you may find helpful: I'm on my parents' 1095-A form. What do I do on my return?

Also, here is how to print your return to review it before filing, per:  Can I print a copy of my return in TurboTax Online before I file it?:

  1. "Open or continue your return
  2. Enter your return by selecting Continue or Start on Tax Home.
  3. Select Tax Tools from the menu, then Print Center (on mobile devices, tap in the upper left corner to expand the menu).
  4. Select Print, save, or preview this year's return, and follow any additional instructions.
Once your PDF opens in Adobe Acrobat Reader, select the printer icon.
  5. Make any adjustments in the Print window and then select Print."
