My significant other has an illness and if covered by state health insurance . She has not yet been declared disabled . Will me claiming her kick her out of the state insurance ?

We are not able to tell you if being claimed as a dependent will affect her health insurance. We have no idea what the rules are for the insurance. We do not even know what state you are in. That is a question you could ask the insurance plan.
