I would enter the whole fee as income and then expense the facility.

If you are trying to avoid having to upgrade TurboTax to report expenses, it would be acceptable to just report the income after facility percentage is taken.

I’m fighting with the State of Texas for disability! It’s been 5 years now and I’ve been denied 2-3 times! I can walk now but can’t drive or perform my profession.
