Wife does Reiki sessions service. Facility owner gets % of her fee for use. Is whole fee income and facility expense OR only her portion of fee her income and no expense?

I would enter the whole fee as income and then expense the facility. 

If you are trying to avoid having to upgrade TurboTax to report expenses, it would be acceptable to just report the income after facility percentage is taken.
