Did you use the same account for her return?   Online is only good for 1 return.  If you did your return in the same account then it overwrote hers.

To find another Online account……First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

Please clarify your question by adding some additional information so we may better help you. Such as: What version of TurboTax are you using. What are you trying to do in TurboTax? You are filing separate returns, correct? One for you an done for your wife? Are you filing both returns? Did you try manually entering her documents that weren't downloadable? Are you getting an error message?
