Why would you want to do that?  The IRS does not have a copy of your last pay stub.  They have a copy of the W-2 sent to them from your employer.  
Do you want to file now with your pay stub and then wait for the IRS, who is holding your tax refund, to contact you several months from now questioning why your tax return that was filed does not match what was received from your employer.

The IRS requires you to wait for the W-2 ... if you don't get it by 2/14/18 then and ONLY then can you file using the form 4852....

Your employer is required to send W-2s by January 31. If you haven't received your W-2 by February 14, we can help you figure out the next steps.

And the IRS is not processing any returns until 1/29 or later so you have time to wait for the form.
