The IRS requires you to wait for the W-2 ... if you don't get it by 2/14/18
then and ONLY then can you file using the form 4852....
Your employer is required to send W-2s
by January 31. If you haven't received your W-2 by February 14, we can help
you figure out the next steps.
And the IRS is not processing any returns until 1/29 or later so you have time to wait for the form.
