The email you received that told you the return was rejected has a rejection code or rejection message. No one else has access to that email. What did it say? The most common reason for rejection is incorrect AGI. Since it is too late to e-file, if your return was rejected for AGI, it does not matter. You do not need to correct it; you just have to print, sign and mail the return now.
If your return was rejected for some other reason then you might need to make a change to correct it before you print and mail it. If that is the case, then you need to download desktop software in order to make any changes to the return if you prepared it using online software.
If you already paid for your TurboTax software, you can contact customer support to push a download of the software to you.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
Also check your email's junk/spam folder in case the rejection email ended up there. If you can't find the email with the rejection notice, you can phone TurboTax Support, and they should be able to tell you the reason for the rejection. Use the link above for contact info. They will be closed until Monday, December 2.
