Why would I not be able to e-file having e-filed the last 10 years?

turbo tax is saying the control number on w-2 must be a minimum of 2 alpha numeric entries. I have only the number 5 in the control number field. what do I have to do to be able to e-file?

Delete the 5 in there - - leave it blank; the control number is not required to e-file.
