Keep getting the "oops" message when I try to pay. Same as last year. (3) different machines and (3) different credit cards. None go through. (3) calls to support. No one knows what the issue is. What a joke.

If you still experience the issue, please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service: Turbo Tax Customer Service
The block can only be removed by the billing department and the agent has to contact the billing department while you are on the phone. Many agents don't know how to do that so insist on getting a call back from a manager if they tell you they cannot contact the billing department.
The billing department is in the Mountain time zone and open from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mountain time. You need to call during those times on Monday through Friday. Once they get to the right department it is a quick fix.
