Why wont my system upload the 2022 TT updates?

If you are using the TurboTax online web-based editions, those are updated automatically when new software has been released.

If you are using the TurboTax desktop editions, Windows or Mac, installed on a personal computer, you can update the software by clicking on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.  Then click on Check for Updates.

What happens or what message do you receive when you select Check for Updates?

Got it fixed yesterday thanks to my talented IT guy....that and a sizable bill for his time.

Seems there was a minor but fatal (as far as updates go) flaw in the TT update code that MS would not allow  to proceed.   Last resort after trying all the non useful hints I found on TT help.  Would like to explain it but the subject is well beyond my  abilities.
