Why won’t the submit now button work?

I’m trying to submit my payment to turbo tax so I can move on to file taxes and it won’t work. I tried explorer, edge, the app and going through credit karma that takes me to intuit

Please try clearing your cache first. Then log back into TurboTax Online and try again. This may clear the error and allow you to proceed.

Hi, I have submitted my tax filing via Turbotax and already received my refund. Why can't I amend my return on Turbotax? It says it's unavailable due to tax law
