Why won't my PDF file upload?

I'm trying to use TT ONLINE for 2020 taxes. Last year we used the version on our own computer. First step to use TT online asks to "upload your PDF". So why won't it upload?

What error message do you receive when trying to upload?

The error message is "Taxpayer's complete name is missing"
