Why was myfederal tax return rejected?

I received a message after efiling from Home and Business desktop that "Your federal tax return was rejected". 

But when I open my return it says rejected, but does not tell me any details. It verifies and says no errors.

Email says:

What happened

/Return/ReturnData/IRS1116/ForeignTaxCreditSource/USTaxWithheldOnDividendAmt - Data in the return is missing or invalid. Please double check your entries.
