Why was I robbed of $40?

I was robbed of the $40 fee and then an additional $30! I received a check for a dollar. I was never informed of any $40 fee!

When you requested to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund you were informed that there was a $40 service charge for this option.
