Why was I charged 39 for state and 39 for federal when they did it would for both for 39?

I've been using turbo tax for 5 years.. and they usually file them together for 1 fee.

Why was I charged 39 for state and 39 for federal when they did it would for both for 39?

State has always been a separate charge in the Online versions for Deluxe and higher. Maybe you had the fees deducted from your federal refund before? Or you didn't file state?
